The most important part of deliverance is knowing who you are in Christ. 

When you know fully who you are, and the authority you walk in the enemy can't touch you.  When you feel under attack the first thing you always want to do is remind him who you are and who is really boss. 

The next most important thing is breaking off generational strongholds, and then personal strongholds by taking away any legal hold or right the enemy has over you.
